I believe that whatever one person can do, two people with a shared mission can make three times as good. That’s why I enjoy working in collaborations and teams. My role as a team member often involves taking it upon me to coordinate and steer the projects into the the best end result possible. I always strive to be adaptive and responsive towards the circumstances given, and I enjoy lifting my team member’s talents and motivate them to hone their skills in order to create a strong group dynamic.
I’ve always been involved in some type of creative process, and I see much of my working experience coming in handy in the game field. I always carry a notebook with me, sketching down what comes to mind, and as time goes, many of those first doodles get a life of their own and become something fun.
